Nursery Curriculum: Rock – A – Bye for 0 – 36 months

Rock-a-Bye Babies & Woddler's Ministry Guide provides a ministry program for children to learn, live, and grow in Christian faith from the moment of birth. The resource will guide leaders and parents as they nurture babies and woddlers in experiencing the Christian faith.

Rock-a-Bye Toddlers and Twos age level is a resource that provides materials for Sunday school for children from 18 months to 36 months.  The resource will help leaders provide an attractive and safe space for infants and woddlers where children can hear adults talk about God, Jesus, and the Bible and experience prayer and Bible stories on a simple basis.

Rock-a-Bye is a 52-week program that is related to the Christian church year. Learning Bible stories and simple Christian faith concepts literally becomes child’s play with the Rock-a-Bye Toddlers and Twos resource.

High School – Thinking Theologically

This brand-new series will help you encourage your senior highs to think theologically about personal choices and such serious (sometimes controversial) issues as money, the human body, relationships, popular culture, sexuality and violence. The Thinking Theologically About... series empowers students to develop skills in thinking critically rather than just working from opinion.

In keeping with Methodist tradition, First United Methodist Church places a large emphasis on Christian Education for children and adults. This emphasis is reflected in our outstanding Sunday School program, which runs from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.  September thru May.
